Below are some of the organizations we work with closely to make a difference in the lives of our employees, while providing superior customer service and competitive pricing.
Affiliate Organizations
CarePlus Workforce Solutions is a subsidiary of Care Plus NJ, Inc. (“CarePlus”). For more than 40 years, CarePlus has been a pioneer in integrated primary and behavioral health services for adults and children in northern New Jersey. As a non-profit organization, CarePlus is one of the few mental healthcare agencies that successfully incorporated its competitive business model to form a 501( c ) 3 corporation dedicated to the employment disabled and economically disadvantaged individuals that delivers 100% quality results.
CarePlus Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, that supports the innovative and life-changing programs and services of Care Plus NJ, Inc. and its subsidiaries, including CarePlus Workforce Solutions (CPWS). CarePlus Foundation supports clients of Care Plus and CPWS located throughout the northern New Jersey community with scholarships, medicine, and housing. The CarePlus Foundation accepts donations on behalf of CPWS.
Our Government Partners
ACCSES NJ is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing leadership and support to members who advocate for and serve persons with disabilities through community-based programs located throughout New Jersey. Source America matches government and commercial contracts for work with nonprofits that employ a dedicated workforce to get the job done—people with significant disabilities.
Our Community Partners
Care Plus Workforce Solutions works collaboratively with local New Jersey community providers to employ disable and disadvantaged individuals. A few of our partners are Catholic Charities, Supported Employment Services of St. Joseph’s Hospital (Harbor House-SES), the Commission of the Blind, CPNJ Supported Employment program, and the mental healthcare provider spanning both NJ and NY.

Memberships
The Paramus Regional Chamber of Commerce is one of the area’s fastest growing and most influential chambers. With over 300 members, the Chamber’s focus is on helping members grow their businesses. The Chamber is a voluntary federation of the business community uniting the efforts of business and professional individuals to ensure a healthy economic and socio-economic base to benefit the entire community.
ISSA is the leading trade association for the cleaning industry worldwide, ISSA has a membership that includes more than 9,200 distributors, manufacturer, manufacturer representative, building service contractor, in-house service provider, residential cleaning, and associated service members. ISSA helps its members and their employees make valuable contacts through the industry’s largest cleaning shows. ISSA further offers business tools, educational products, industry standards, publications, and legislative and regulatory services that specifically focus on the professional cleaning industry. It is through these initiatives that ISSA helps its members demonstrate the true value of clean to their varied constituents.
